I will have more time to answer forum post rather than going through every email replying the same answers so some questions. All items sold now comes with digital download of the original mesh files. RESEND is a additional option for you if you don't know how to install your own mesh. If item is disabled we will have it fixed as soon as possible. As for pass orders you will also be able to see the files in your ACCOUNT > DOWNLOAD. So there is no need or repurchase again. In this few days i will fix up as many disabled items as i can since now i have more time to work on what is lost in Twinkle. Our 3D Chat is now back on track for completion time. Orders now will also be AUTO complete so don't have to wait for us to approve your orders.

Some customers might not be able to see the RESEND option in your orders. If you don't see it please contact sales@twinkle4u.com. This is because some customers registered earlier so they are under a different group level which is not enabled to see the RESEND.
